Our Taste of February Bundle includes:
- Chicken, Cremini & Fontina Quiche - You will delight in this month’s featured quiche which serves up a delectable combination of ingredients in our buttery and golden brown hand-made pâte brisée crust. Creamy fontina cheese melts perfectly into our quiche custard layered with in-house roasted chicken breast and earthy cremini mushrooms. With a hint of added spice, red pepper flakes, basil and oregano are the perfect finishing touches.
- Shrimp Carbonara Soup - This sizzlin’ shrimp soup delivers a flavor profile unlike any soup you’ve ever tried. Similar to the classic pasta dish, you’ll find a silky smooth tomato bisque base loaded with shrimp, potatoes and sweet potatoes, garlic, basil and accented with Speck, a smokey, thinly sliced cured meat comparable to bacon. Don’t be shellfish - be sure to enjoy this limited time specialty with your loved ones!
- Orange Ganache & Hazelnut Queenet - What’s not to LOVE about our featured Queenet for February?! We have taken our popular Queenet and dressed it up for the month of love with our chef-designed Ruby Orange Ganache and accented it with toasted hazelnuts. Made from Ruby chocolate, a naturally pink and fruity chocolate with raspberry notes, then blended with a hint of crisp orange, the ganache is a wonderfully smooth milk chocolate infusion. Try one today with a breakfast tea or hot latte. Don’t forget to bring one home for your sweetheart!
PLEASE NOTE: The baguette and queenets are best enjoyed the day of. Soup comes frozen. For delivery, quiches will be delivered cold for freshness with reheating instructions included. For pick-up orders, quiches will not be heated until your arrival. If you would like it heated prior to your arrival, please call us 10 minutes in advance.
Chicken, Cremini & Fontina Quiche
INSTRUCTIONS: Warm in oven or toaster oven at 400°F for approximately 10 -15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS: roasted chicken breast, Fontina cheese, Cremini mushrooms, unbleached and unbromated flour, butter, eggs, basil, salt, pepper, red pepper flake, oregano. CONTAINS: wheat, milk, eggs

Shrimp Carbonara Soup
INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Add 1/2 cup of water and heat in a saucepan or microwave on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until texture is consistent.
