Our very popular Salmon en Croûte is an amazing flavorful recipe featuring a sundried tomato pesto, herbed cream cheese, sautéed bacon, and spinach sautéed with shallots layered together with a 6oz Salmon Filet inside our House-Made Puff Pastry.

Serves 1-2. Comes frozen and requires 3 hours to thaw. Includes easy-to-follow Reheating Instructions.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Thaw at room temperature for 3 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes. Rotate baking sheet and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.
