Our Gruyère Cheese is lovingly grated from a huge wheel imported from Switzerland! With its pale yellow color and rich & creamy, slightly nutty taste, Gruyère makes a great table cheese as it is the perfect addition to any meal. It also happens to be an excellent melting cheese, which is why it is one of the two main cheeses used in our traditional Fondue recipes or on our toasty Croque Monsieur!
