The bottom layer consists of a buttery Pâte Sucrée, layered with a smooth, creamy chocolate filling, that is not too bitter and not too sweet, and decorated with Belgian white and dark chocolate crunchy pieces and House-Made whipped cream. The perfect treat to share… or not!
